🔹 Incoming Material Inspections
We verify the conformity of raw materials entering the factory with customer specifications in terms of certification, traceability, labeling, and surface conditions.
🔹 Dimensional Inspection Monitoring
We observe in process dimensional inspections to ensure they comply with technical drawings and tolerances, and perform spot checks when necessary.
🔹 Project Monitoring & ITP Compliance
We follow the defined inspection checkpoints in the ITP at every stage of production, participate in steps requiring customer approval, and document progress to ensure plan compliance.
🔹 Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Oversight (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT)
We do not perform NDT tests ourselves, but monitor their execution to ensure they meet applicable standards and client expectations, then verify and report the results.
🔹 Coating & Painting Process Supervision
We check surface preparation, environmental conditions, paint system specifications, film thickness, and application procedures to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
🔹 Galvanizing Quality Control
We independently evaluate key post-galvanizing quality elements such as coating thickness, runs, surface defects and contribute to the accept/reject decision process on behalf of the client.
🔹 Third-Party Inspection (3rd Party)
We act as a customer representative at any stage of production, independently and objectively reviewing documentation, manufacturing processes, and inspection steps with a professional perspective.
🔹 Quality Documentation & Reporting
We digitally archive all on site inspection results, providing comprehensive quality dossiers including measurement reports, non-conformity records, and traceable checklists.
